Cinema in Pictures: New Year, New Genesis

Some may have been shocked to see our signage was ripped down over Christmas. The marquee was blown down during one of the big storms and we chose to take it all down to start afresh. You should see a brand new permanent sign and marquee up in the coming weeks, but for now we’ve put a banner up to assure you guys that we’re still open!

Some may have also noticed that we’ve renovated our toilets – the gents loos are now complete, the ladies’ are in the process now. We’ve gone for a zany cinematic theme – grainy greys and purples, film posters and even multi- coloured lighting – designed by the team behind our wonderful foyer.

Change is happening all around the cinema. Take a look at some of our latest aesthetic changes.

2014 has so far signalled great change for Genesis, check out the pictures of what we’ve done so far.
